In light of the Human Rights Committee’s review of Iceland’s Fourth Periodic Report on Implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which will be considered at the 83^rd Session in New York, on 15 March - 1 April 2005, the Icelandic Human Rights Centre has undertaken to provide the following insights regarding Iceland’s implementation of the Covenant in co-operation with Icelandic NGOs and human rights experts.
